Before you order.

Can you move my existing website and email?

Yes. Tell us where it is hosted now and we'll move it for you. Your old site stays up until the new one is ready, so visitors don't see any downtime.

How do I pay?

After you send your order, we send an invoice with the payment options. Hosting and domains are paid yearly.

What happens when my plan runs out of space?

We let you know before it's full, and you can move to a bigger plan at any time. You only pay the difference for the rest of the year.

Which plan do I need for a school or management system?

Choose the System plan. It has more storage and databases, and scheduled tasks for things like reports and reminders. If you're not sure, send us the details and we'll advise.

Can I use the email on my phone and in Outlook?

Yes. Every mailbox works in webmail, on Android and iPhone, and in Outlook. We can set it up for you.
